Far beneath the cresting waves,
Lies an ancient ruin and dwelling.
Myths arise from the mysterious grave,
With sensibility and logic dispelling.
Forbidden continent, consumed in whole,
Destiny bade thee farewell.
Its population, wanders each soul,
As the great Atlantis fell.
A doorway to the netherworld,
Gives rise and fuels the legends.
Watery depths in an obscure swirl,
Into the earth's crust descends.
Sunken landscape, a culture vanished,
Leaving not even a trace of being.
Land of the living, all but banished,
Worldly existence, quick in fleeing.
Those who search for the city so great,
Have aspirations and dreams of the find.
But, care should be taken of what may await,
Through the gates of Atlantis,.....
Resides mankind.
