Triumphantly we walk through
thunderous crowds cheer us on,
as the enemy has been subdue
victory has brought a new dawn.
Crown of golden leaves adorn,
majestic towering trees bow.
Anxieties ignored and left forlorn
traces of travesty disavow.
Happiness arrives on a white horse,
sadness disappears into the dark.
Letting the light guide our course
marching down…“pathway of the arc.”
Proudly we hold our heads high
Waving, as the trees sigh…

My favorite line is "Happiness arrives on a white horse" That is such a powerful line. A great write. I can feel the peace and awesomeness also. Thank you for entering.
