Truth Hurts

my tears have fallen unnoticed
the traces of dry tracks concealed
within myself i find a retrieve
a places to hide out without hurt

i numb myself from the sorrow
bury all the heartache silently
the fighting is over there's little left
only our unspoken words

with the lapsing of time ticking slowly
drifting further and further apart
both of us guilty the blame divided
we've lost our way now its done

our hearts now both having shattered
the damage unrepairable
the love and fight no longer there
only the words of goodbye
