This is a very very warm rich and loving background. the shades and colours are so well blended, I think this would have benefited if the pictures changed on the side so it was three separate images.

Creativity~ 18.3 Not very creatively made. Rather simple but in a way thats what I like about it

Blending~ 19.5 I love the colours and the way they all blend together so well.

Colours~ 19.8 I love all the colours in this, the blending in the leaves. I think this would have benefited from more texture and colour in the main background.

Originality~ 18.2 I have seen many backgrounds like this and with this design so it isn't very original.

seamless~ 20 this is very very seamless and looks very neat

    Lost Vampyre Angel's score: 95.8
    Great work!

If I didn't view the BG image I would have thought this was only one bot tall. For that I really like it. But it's 4 bots tall, I would have changed up the pics. I think making it so tall leaves you open to misalignment/spacing in the bots which can be distracting. Nicely done though...Scott

The image you've used is beautiful, love the sheen it has, like light catching it Now If I am right, the original BG image has 4 pics on it. Meaning where the larger gap is isn't actually your seam? It showed as 4 images anyway on the viewer Shame as it does look seamless but for that glitch I do like the tan colour, easily readable for font The design, tho simple is very effective. Maybe a shadow added to the pictures to give them a more realistic raised look would have benefited but that's just MO I like the title to, suits the BG very well Over all it would fit any autumn themed write, colours are readable and the design effective.

Creativity ~ 18.2 simple yet effective.

Blending ~ 18.5 the main body could have been a little richer in colour, but does match.

Colours ~ 19.5 they do go together very well.

Originality ~ 18.0 tho pretty its not original.

Title/Rules ~ 19.7 title goes very well IMO, I like it.

    Total ~ 93.9

    Hi Hun,
I really like the image you've used. It's soft, yet the resolution of the image is not muddy. I like the width of the "button" you used on this. It looks as though you designed this as a set of three bots on the border. The space in between each set of three is a bit wider, which betrays it's seam and throws of the flow a bit. You could have designed this using a single bot, since the background is a solid color. The space between each bot within the three is even, and a good amount of space as well. The bots look to line up well horizontally as well.

The background color, although ok, is rather dull.
a hue of one of the colors within the bot would have caught my interest more. The black and blue font (type) colors are legible but do not relate to the border or background, especially the royal blue. Play with your font colors for maximum appeal and legibility on your background.

General impression: A simple bordered background with an attractive, suitable image repeated on the border. Would work well for an autumn poem. Pay more attention to the colors you use for your fonts.

    1. design/composition 17.7

    2. originality of concept 17.1

    3. color(compatibility) 17.0 background, font colors off

    4. execution 18.4 simple but effective
    (effects/clarity/resolution/seamless)

    5. Legibility 18.5
(readability/sufficient contrast between type and background.)

    TOTAL: 88.7

    Hello

So nice of you to join us!

I simply adore this piece of Art you have created......simple, yet tempting to my senses to stare!

This is a pretty straight-forward piece of Art.....you were subtle in your presentation and it works...using only one pic can be affective.....not al Borders have to have multiple art.....and this is why this one makes me want to use it!

It's gorgeous, just not as defined ~

There is a huge difference between fading, and  manipulating Graphics....focus on that detail ~

The Background colour is refreshing....not your usual Fall hue.......as it tends to lend a spark of purple beneath the texture....loving it!

Let my board speak the rest of my review.....good luck and God bless you!

    Bear ~

Title....15.0...not the best Title for this piece....IMO......as it is quite pain.....so, do not be afraid to incorporate how your opice makes YOU feel, and leave it in your Title   ~

Colours...15.5...I totally appreciate the freshness and unusualness of colour.....a tad comparing to your Border, and I could see it working better after you fix the detail in your pics after the contest ~

Creativity...14.75...Gosh, I think the best quality about this piece, is your ability to make me want to keep looking at it....not the most creative, but pretty nonetheless ~

Presentation...18.0...The transition from Border to Background, is perfect...not a fan of constant Border, but, it is not my work, it is yours, and I have to Judge based on how you felt about it as well, as you ARE the Artist ~

First Impression...16.5...confused at first...not sure as to why you faded the Graphics so much...~

    Bears Score: 79.75

Not bad....the first B & B Contest will show you all more, of what we ( I ) am looking for....Good luck and God bless you and your talent!

No editing once a Judge has touched your work ~
