This is a very nice background, I think maybe the silver weave made it seem..overdone slightly, maybe if they were alittle less of a stood out colour then it would be alittle better but overall its very neat and I like it.
Creativity~ 18.5 overall very nice but could have been better.
Blending~ 19.0 I think this could have been better if the silver was a different colour so it would blend alittle better
Colours~ 19.8 I love the blend of all the colours, and the texture really lays down the colours bringing them out.
Originality~ 19.3 This is a very original take on the asked challenge. not seen anything like this before.
Seamless/neatness~ 19.5 This is very very neat and almost seamless.

This is very creative and must have taken some work to do
I like the top weave, love the almost chrome sheen it has to it 
Viewing it as the complete image, it is perfectly done 
But on the BG setting there are a couple of glitches, as mentioned below. I would imagine getting this seamless would take a lot of painstaking work. I do like the colours, they have an autumn feel to it but I wouldn't think autumn if it wasn't for the title. Over all the image itself is beautiful, very creative and looks great...however as a BG it needs some work IMO
Creativity ~ 18.4, Very creative but not as fitting to the theme as it could have been.
Blending ~ 17.9, the seam is quite visible.
Colours ~ 19.4, I like the colours, they work well and the font is easily readable.
Originality ~ 19.2 I have seen the weave before but not in this much detail.
Title/Rules ~ 18.0.

You have taken a gamble with this approach of the weave over weave. I actually see a far amount of effort that went into this.. I love the subtle colors under the white weave. I think a softer, lest contrasty color might have worked better for the over weave. I like that it's a bit transparent in spots, that works well.
What bothers me is the execution of this top weave. I can se2 the seams, and the horizontal lines don't join mid page, also a vertical line is missing.
You chose white as the single font choice, which does not suggest Autumn to me. A light, softer version of one or more of the background colors would seem more suitable to me.

Oh gosh....this Background is tender in apeearance, yet mixes up my emotions when I stare at it
I enjoyed the simple approach you took, yet, there seems to be something missing........ahhh......what could it be?
Well, let me think here......yes, I know!
You have forgotten who is Judging your entry!
I am going to be Judging with a heavy gavel.......and as you know, I am always going to be afir and honest, yet demanding on anything anyone enters into one of my contests
I am going to want to see more creativity and more of a Poerful presentation from your Artisitc Talents......I have seen your other works, and this does not compare to any of them ~

Title....12.0...In the future, remember, we are going to look at every part of your Creation.....yes, even the Title, as Creativity is your biggest Challenge with the B & B Contests....have no fear, you can change it, or leave it after the contest closes
~Colours...13.0...I appreciate the mixture of lineage, but the Theme is Fall, and this Texture doe not remind me of Fall.....it reminds me of something I would use anytime of the year, depending on what Genre you were applying it to ~
Creativity...15.0...I do not see alot of efforts here....I see a simple *gather and enter*, type of work ~
Presentation...16.0...Pretty basic Background....nothing to sing about
~First Impression...15.0...Not sure why Fall does not comeinto mind?

Love this pattern - would be GREAT in a fall quilt! I do however think it's a little busy for the background - would make a beautiful border (bright) if you could fade the background to match....just my opinion. But I love the pattern!
