Unveiling of the Truth

Society's faults are as strong as vaults
Appearance matters even when in disguise
Seen by false eyes, they choose only to see lies
And would never dare to think or feel or care
About the truth or what it is
And so under a rock it sits
Decaying away

Hey Hey Hey
The truth revealed Today

Hey Hey Hey
The truth revealed Today

Now You learn that your concern of happiness
Means no more than a U.S. dollar
The boss never whispers he screeeaaamsss
But she was never there to hear him holler
Instead she wishes and dreeeeaaamsss
About the road she never did knew
What does any of this mean to you?

I don't want or loathe
I just want the road

To never end

Today is the day
Don't let it
Don't let it slip away

Hey Hey Hey
The truth revealed Today

Please tell me what you think

i love using refrains in my own work and i like how you used it in yours, the idea is a great one, but a hard one to bring to life. i appluade your take on it, but i think the flow of this poem was not established.but u always surprise me, keep the ink flowing.
