So Intricately Well

He is what was.. and is.. and is to come
He molds His playground,
to correct what was done.
He marvels at His painting,
He paints without time
He looks back and smiles,
at that which is fine.
He's been here so long,
our minds can not tell
He's weaved every soul,
so intricately well
His love burns for us,
stronger than the center of the sun
He turned the universe around,
when He gave up His Son.

Caught by the opening line. This is a good write, a benevolent Prime Mover portrayed with understanding.

    Greetings from New Orleans

This poem immediately caught my attention with your opening line. I have a similarity in my poem My Damn Rose (http://allpoetry.com/poem/3060620) in stanza three. I wrote M D R in the mid 90's and, until yours, have never seen anything akin. I am glad to have a like thinking comrade though yours refers to God and mine refers to Aprille (http://allpoetry.com/poem/2762004), a past and still cherished love, as most my past loves are. Keep up the good writings, & best wishes - Billpoet
