You may think I am crazy,
but I feel animals know what we think.
Often through the years with my pets,
I have found a special link.
They know before I ever move,
they are about to get a bath.
And it's a race for sure,
and I learned a lot from that.
That's why if you have a pet,
and a new person comes around.
Pay atention to your dogs,
if not to be trusted will give a warning growl.
My Dad had a doverman,
best friends they were indeed.
And when my Dad had an anurisum,
that dog drug him outside for all to see.
And when I heard on the news the other day,
about the love of a dog even though he was a stray.
Found a newborn baby someone had left behind,
and that dog got the baby and kept it warm by his side.
Animals are more than just our best friends,
they heal a soul and hearts they do mend.
Protects us and loves un with unconditional love,
so to help our animals have you truly done enough.

We even had an old Collie dog once that my mom told us when we were little we lived in a house by the river and that dog at times would get between us kids and the river and keep us by the house.Once she said one of us got by her and she took hold of our diaper and pulled us back . amazing how animals love us just as much as we do them .

Ones pet does know by instinct whether or not to trust another animal whether it be human or something else, put you trust in their wisdom and you will never go wrong.
