Mother Of Merit

Missing image

Italian hands speak her heart so tender,

buoyant is mom's soul sincere that resides

Within a dying world she does endure,

a smile on her face she never hides.

Languages of love flows from her heart's core,

amazing grace plays pure piano keys

Jesus her loving Lord forevermore,

comforts her with spiritual melodies.

Noble she is in the eyes of many,

her goal is to humbly serve those in need

May the God of heavens bestow plenty,

for she's faithful to live for Him indeed.

A lady of unconditional love,

Mother of merit, with wings of a dove.

Author notes

Happy Birthday Mother. -belated- better than never.

I'd take a belated piece of personal art full of heart over a card with someone else's worthless words any day.

    Excellent acronym!

What an incredibly beautiful gift from your generous heart, my brother. This sits in my heart so delicately, and so softly. I can't pick a favorite line either. It's all superb. I love this, and you ~ Brother-O-Mine!!
