Beneath that sunlit sky I try
to move these mountains in my way
and when they overpower me , I cry
wishing that help will come some day.
As the waters of life
threaten to drown me in,
I think of thoughts
sometimes I sin.
And yet, as the storms
rock my fragile boat,
I put upon the Saviour's coat
and suddenly I feel warm.
Like gushing waters
my strength comes back to me
and as I steer my boat , across the seas
I feel His presence helping me.
Beneath that sunlit sky I try
And my mountains suddenly dissappear
and when I see the storms, I cry
But guess what?
He is always there.

A lovely piece of poetry. Very well crafted. Soft read. Thank you for entering the contest. I believe you have an end T in breath, first word. Also, rosk instead of rock. A small i stands alone as well. I won't disregard this write for those reasons, they are simply fixed.
