We know every word
we have the lyrics memorized
when we dance to it
we close our eyes
we belt out the chorus
and softly sing the bridge
and dance around
like we did when we were kids
I can name every note
and hum every line
you can whisper every verse
and make perfect rhyme
Our steps to the rhythm
our hearts to the beat
a melody of love
flow to our feet
