Transparent Creature

Literal but imaginary,
My eyes fill with
a many hued animal,
luminous, transparent and joyful.
Joy always comes with colour.
Here we have many,
gold, blue and red
and in between,
shining and overlapping.

My eyes are literal
but happy and full of pleasure,
full of sight.
I will fill them again
before I am finished.
