interpret

Screaming walls of glass, writing sonnets under my name.

Remember nothing after this, wake up in hope's euphoria.

Intelligence as collateral damage

[Take two and call me in the morning]

Shine illumination on tattered infatuation,

bringing nature a new noise and

hitting me with a right hook.

Blend hypocrisy with a cute face,

like death wearing a smile.

Gorging on the masses' finest food.

Gripping time by its hands,

rewinding your masterpiece.

Originality faced suspension,

hiding inside a cage.

Breaking status quo,

from all alike to archetype.

[Wake up, it's morning]

hmmm.... Usually, I'm not a freeverse person. I did like this though, because of all the beautiful imagery in this. You wrote it very poetically, which is what I like to see.

"Blend hypocrisy with a cute face,
    like death wearing a smile."

Those were my favorite lines. Thank you for entering my contest.

    Very interesting
Thank-you for entering and I am enjoying reading such a variety of poetry , unfortunately the contest requires a pair of poems so I shall not be able to consider this for the final, thanks again for the read and all the best.

Pretty cool poem I liked the ideas you put in here. They were great. And the messages in square brackets just about hit the nail on the head. I've been thinking those things for a while now. I don't think that people realise that this is all they've got, and then they go around making fools of themselves. Great write.
    Congratulations.
    Good luck in the contest.
    Chin up,
