Gods' unfailing love

What did I do to deserve
Your love?
That You should leave Your
glory above,,,
and come to earth, in
the form of
man-
humbly surrendered to
the Fathers holy
plan!

Why, dear Lord, did You
preordain..
that
You would be mocked, tortured
and
slain?
Dearest Lord-how I marvel at this-
that You would allow Your betrayal
by Judas kiss...
that You allowed Your heart
to be broken in two,so
that I will forever be with
You!

The thing that makes me stand
in awe of You..is when
they got to the tomb..what
they saw of You!
The massive stone was rolled
away..
that tomb was empty on that first
easter
day!

Youa are my Hero, to say
the very least..
because You won the victory over
the evil beast!
You have put Your authority into
my hands-
so that I can accomplish You
holy plans!
I can hardly wait till You
come to take me
home-to
forever worship You before
Your sacred
throne!
