A angel in disguise,

Painted her wings white,

And took on her fairy dress,

But if you look close you see.

Haunting lost souls,

Tricking them to believe,

She is pure of heart,

Wishing to only help.

She gives you a shy smile,

Talks like a innocent child,

And when you trust her,

She will eat you whole.

An angel in disguise,

Her black hair reveal,

What can never change,

A murder upon the innocent.

Excellent job with this prompt. WOW! I really loved your poem so much. I love your last 2 stanzas a lot. I must say that my favorite lines is:
"And when you trust her,
She will eat you whole."

o.O I was deeply moved by the words I actually felt myself moving closer to the screen and then I got to the line of eating them whole and I jumped back in my chair!
Good thing no one was around me to see that
