This sad barren waste-land
Was where the crowd campaigned
Here they'd gaze in wonder
At what cannot be explained
The tallest woman that ever lived
The strongest of them too
A man so fat the children cried
And some acrobatics too
They all corralled the weary crowd
With promises of delight
And caramel covered everything
That can be bought all night
But where that stood, now is nothing
But a field full of mice
And a abandoned dirty sign
That exclaimed the price
No worries now, they will return
Though it may take awhile
They always wander back this way
To make all the children smile
