the thought alone makes me knee's shake,
The star's so bright,
on that wonderful night.
My memory drifts,
Along broken paths through life,
No memory as perfect,
As this one in my mind.
Your lips so soft,
the caress more than I can stand,
my body against yours,
I wonder if you felt me shake.
Together still,
many years have past,
but that memory in my mind remains,
I hold dear that special day.
Our love confirmed,
Nothing to hold us back,
we've embraced the world,
With you by my side, love goes on.
