Soul Kissing

Missing image
I
love how
nose to nose
eyes open wide
we gaze so  deeply
into each others souls
lips sipping from each other
sweetest nectar as from the gods
time nonexistent, pure transcendence
heaven is home in each others presence
wrapped up together in loves embrace
all that exists is just us two
heart, soul and mind  united
entwined in loves cocoon
‘tis a gift divine
Magnificent!
You and I
Become
one

Oh, this is so lovely!!! The beautiful thoughts so expertly arranged in a double etheree- one of the forms that I struggle with. I love the picture and the background they add a wonderful touch.

    Beautiful

This one has great meaning. Even though it is somewhat different than what I was expecting, it was truly an enjoyable read. The line that really struck me was "time nonexistent, pure transcendence
heaven is home in each others presence" I LIKE THAT.
Thanks for sharing, Bless you Pam.

Thank you! I have been trying different kinds of poetry of late. I know I mostly write spiritual writes, but the love between a man and a woman can be spiritual too! Bless you! Pam

Bummer, you're missing a line of 10 syllables. Sorry, I had to pull you from the finalists. This would've been a shiny for sure. I'm so sorry.

    Beautiful words and layout!

Hi, I love this poem, I found it extremely moving, and I especially love how you have laid out the lines. There is a name for this type of poetry isn't there?
Now going to read some more of your work.

Gazing into each other souls.. now here's a line filled with wonder.. only the gifted few can see so deep.. rarely do both have that ability..

Most enjoyable read.. it is so great to read you once again.

A very petty love poem, enscribed in excellent form. A romantic double etheree that is delightful, thank you so much.

    This is a clever poem

"heaven is home in each others presence" This is cleverly placed in the centre of a very beautiful expression of love. The line expands to bring that into focus. The ending supports this concept of oneness. The shape of your presentation builds to a climax and then reduces to the essence. "Oneness" I loved it!

    great

    lovely layout. so nifty....
and wonderful picture as well. what personally really really turned me on was the "eyes open wide" description. so nicely totally shamelessly giving yourself and taking in the other party....

This is really brilliant, there's not a single word that shouldn't be where it is, nor say what it does, you've captured something here quite magical indeed, and congrats on the double etheree!! John
    PS love the background
