Today I learn to babysit,
At first it wasn't to hard,
Of course, gentle baby did tend to spit,
And he sure had some foul little farts,
But I guess time came when our bond was sealed,
Coming up to me, gentle little baby,
Falling on her haunches, little baby squealed
delight, I was pinned, squished, baby sat on me.
There's a lot to learn in babysitting,
That I sure do know, now,
When relentless baby let me up, unpinning
me from prison, letting out a little cowl.
I turned around and sat,
curled up in baby's lap,
Letting out a little meow,
Baby laid her head upon my plushy brow.
When mom came out onto the porch,
She squealed and ran inside,
Flash photography hit eyes like a torch,
Kodak moments, always around for the ride.
