Muse sleeps amid of woods,
slumbers during long hours
dreamed wondrous surreal places
without fear to reproach
especially faces coming thick.
Around an alcove
as painting of spider,
formed diaphanous veils
hiding Sleeping Beauty,
proposes not to touch
within afraid of ripping,
focus near the surroundings
as a calm resting canopy.
Monsters took the path
in search of a prey,
most vile, seemingly quiet,
without pulsating gestures,
shouts, sat on its tails
to keep an entrance blocked
yawned from time to time
to swallow everything delicate.

Very lovely. You took one of my worst poems (Well at least that is what I thought.) and made it into something beautiful. Thank you for entering my contest.
