Running

Look! At all those people running
why do they run
they run towards the dark
away from the light
is the light scary
are they afraid of their own shadows
the darkness is swallowing up the people who run towards it
those who run towards it are scared and have lost hope
hope is one of the only things we have
Stop. there is someone turing around
they are running towards the light!
that person is who is going against the common trend
is happy and full of hope
just in the nick of time they took the time to think
think about why they were running
took time to realize they can be forgiven and change for the better
Wait. more people have realized they need to stop running from their sin
and mistakes and things that went wrong
they are all forgiven and happy and full of hope
and some of those who are saved are trying to help
those who run, run away from God
