Silently, latitude pierced by darkness fray,
stale fibers curl like ivy, engulfing dreams
wishes drown deep beneath dusted wells,
suffocated by moss entwined on ropes
Yet, hope renews strength, as time passes,
fruitless, reward is stolen by haunting bandit
distilled revelations murk, clouding reality,
foolishly, that thing called "will" relents
unfavored, buffoon jest in arid court yards,
imaginary in his own mind, the crowd applauds

They say where there is a 'will' there is a way. I would hold to that theory.
