I let it all go,
stopped saying no.
You took my hand,
I never thought I'd love again.
You hurt me before,
my heart you tore.
I cried,
in the deep night.
Hate oozing out of my pores,
I'm wearing to the core.

the thoughts won't let me be.
I want it to go away,
and bring back happiness to my day.
But memories rush back like a river,

the happy half.
We had that white hot passion,
and now my world is quickly crashing.
I pick up the phone and dial your number,
you pick up and say"baby what's the matter?"
I can't speak,
the tears begin to leak.

I slowly start shaking.

and louder.
