What fools these mortals be
They whitter and chitter about not very much
Their worlds confined to what they can reach out and touch
All their lives they dig themselves into holes
In the confines of their minds just like goldfish in bowls
They shape their children to fit into roles
They fill their heads and starve their souls
And it's all such a terrible unstoppable shame
That their children will grow up to do just the same
The cycle just carries on
Author notes
The first line's stolen from Shakespeare, I really empathise with Puck.
