Jumpinjoehasefat You Too

Missing image
By jingles I thought I was the only one,
that felt like a dead bird left out in the sun.
Cant think cant breath yet very much alive,
tell me Lord you gave us everything else.
Why not a switch to turn on and off,
so we could get by.

You could have called it IOL in life,
such a little thing but it would have been just right.
The ability to switch it on when we felt down,
now tell me Lord why did you leave it out .

Instant On LIfe  such a wonder,
would have opened our eyes.
A switch to bring life back when we felt down,
Tell me Lord tell me why.

You gave us all the hard jobs,
yet the most fragile body of all it makes no sense.
We were left in pain and gave birth to the world,
so tell me why it wouldnt have cost you s scent.

So jumpinjoehasefat I just cant believe,
theres more of you out there not just me.
Who feels we should have gotten a booby prize,
for the hell we go through Lord tell me why.

Author notes

I really like this. It's cute and funny. We should have come with an IOL switch That would be useful to a lot of people at times. I like the way you've written this and the first stanza starts it off wonderfully. Thanks for entering.

By jingles I thought I was the only one,
that felt like a dead bird left out in the sun.

    Outstanding!

Well excuse me if I disagree. the Lord is just
and honest you see. In fact He's given us
everything we need. The problem is that we
do not heed. The guidence He's left inside
our soul. In times of sorrow it will console.
We look for love in all the wrong places.
Are deceived by the smiling faces.
He promised that "weeping endures for but
anight. Metaphorically that's for a season.
But joy comes in the morning."
All life's obstacles is intended to make
us better. Because if there were no rain
in our life we would never grow.
Enjoyed your poem very much. OneLove
