For you ( Silver )

Missing image

Pride stands

befallen a past lay resting.

Stillness of waters

ripple gentle tones

serene settings mirror peace and tranquility.

Days of sunshine,

replace storms of memories.

Lone a rod cast,

float bobbing waiting...

for the catch

In boat of pleasure,

releasing elements of time

for time is your freedom now.

Whispers breeze a silence,

listening to your thoughts

captured in netting.

For today a celebration,

and your smile that radiates.

    Welcome to the Party
    Woot
This piece tugged hard at Spirit and while I was reading which I do several times~ Images come to me in many forms~ while taking in Your words: Lone a rod cast... When I read this, reminded me of a person taking to the waters in his boat- just taking a moment to reflect on Life- as the waters ripple to calm, rocking the boat like a cradle- if that makes sense Love how You penned from within with well wishes to bring forth a smile I imagine P.N. smiling from ear to ear. It is A-Ok to combine two prompts
Excellent images & message You have brought forth

Thank You for sharing Your Heart and Spirit!
Best wishes to You in the contest Sweet Soul
    **Judging will be done shortly...
    Many blessings too
    and much love & light~ Desire~*~

MAKES ME WANT TO GO FISHING IN THE DEEP, BLUE SEA!

    For today a celebration,
    and your smile that radiates.

Another fine piece, indeed - that leaves the reader with a peaceful, easy feeling. If the Eagles hadn't written a song about it before me - I'd be inspired by this piece to write such a song of tranquility - to say the least. As always - I've enjoyed this immensely, my dear friend - and wish you the best of luck in this contest with it!
    Peace & Love!
    Earl.
