Caught between unconsciousness and reality,
I cannot comprehend what is real and what's make believe.
I feel as if I'm falling and can't stop myself
Before I hit the ground writhing.
I hear what's going on around me,
But I can't reach out and grab it.
Can't see...
Barely breathing...
Like I'm caught in a state of emotionless darkness,
Feeling so high in such a euphoric phase.
I'm dead...
I'm alive...
I'm unsure of where I am...
I know exactly what's happening...
Lucid dreaming engulfs me
As I slip even further away
From the waking world
And fall asleep.
Cold...
Yet warm...
But most of all...
Alone...
Author notes
It's different. I'm really trying to overcome writer's block right now.

Good piece here
I found this piece very well written and I know you dont have writters block .Just let your fingers and mind work together and dont worry about spelling or punctuation until you have completed your piece and you will find your muse has so very much to say .I have found if I try to make it perfect as I go I lose my train of thought just let it go free then go back and edit .

I really liked the more choppy flow of this, and how towards the lines decrease in size, making the flow change a bit. It was a great write, the emotions were strong and well displayed. Thanks for your entry.
