Laying in the grasslands
see the zebras grazing in the distance?
Grasshoppers hopping
listen to the music of the crickets
feel the fresh dew of the morning hour
the sky is of orange
at the dawning of the day
sun making its way
over the horizon
giraffes drink from the babbling brook thirstly
elephants trod free
mother nature calming my spirits
the plains of Africa
all around me.

Africa is probably one of the last places that the 'great' animals exist. I like the calm that surrounds this scene of morning 'Inner Peace'. Thank you for adding to my meadow

This is interesting--I never thought of the plains of Africa as attractive before.
