Lunar Findings

Frequently I find myself gazing at the moon, my imagination full of many dreams and aspirations that lie deep within my soul, appearing only when the moon entices them out of their lost cave, deep inside the glaciers of my mind.

But for every bleak moment and for every forgotten dream always comes a day when everything seems to go exactly how you imagined. The first glimmer of sun that appears from its hiding place when the skies are dark and the world is drowning in rain, the one shooting star that happens upon you when you least expect it, brightening the blackest of skies for an instant and leaving traces of ambient light scattered across the vast universe.

I have waited till the end of the contest to comment on this, because it says it's unfinished.

I like the optimism here, although I find it a bit too generic. I mean, not that it's a bad thing, but it's like you're detached and with this contest I hoped for something more personal. I like the astral imagery, though, specifically the "glaciers of my mind" and the aspirations in a lost cave. This really is inspirational, particularly the "But for every bleak moment and for every forgotten dream always comes a day when everything seems to go exactly how you imagined." bit.

    Thanks for your entry

V, you have captured a very clear image here, the flow of thoughts are easily understood, and I am keeping this earmarked for it's complete ending, brilliant.

Already told you I like this one. Nice use of word combinations to create some neat images. Keep it rolling, ma'am.
