you thumb the jade cross
My grandmother left me when I was still nameless
you breathe, and release a deep sigh
and I know that I have been expelled as easily.
I remember when your kiss was a flame that lit me like a torch
when a simple whisper was lyrical
But I am trapt by these layers of frail skin that
dig as you like, you just can't crawl into.

Nice last few lines. Good job with the word bank. Thanks for entering and good luck.
