~walking home~

I walk home
In that sunburnt sky
On a hot summer day
When evening was near
And leaves are hushed
Yet the stream still flows
Like a long winding road
And my soul is abreast
In search that one destiny
Mine fate that was never told
And I walk home
In that subtle mood
Like tomorrow would bring me
That wish and dream…
And then I knew
I’d still walk the distance

Please tell me what you think

Wow, Ritz, this is one elegant piece... laden with deep meaning indeed. It makes me think, really! Of dreams and wishes that we bank upon tomorrow to bring along... I can read this again and again... U've put it really well~ "I'd still walk the distance" Love it to bits Ritz... U're massive in this stuff!
