(a)maze to
the sky
lies in wait
where
feathers fly.

Thank You!!
Thank You for Your entry: (a)maze
This piece tugged hard at Spirit and while I was reading which I do several times~ Images come to me in many forms~ while taking in Your words: lies in wait- very interesting piece this is and kept seeing twists and turns- in reference to (a)maze~ as if a fledgling learning how to fly- the wind currents also obstacles- basically becomes a challenge for creature learning how to take to the skies- and after reading again- I am shown two hands cupping a rehabilitated dove- and releasing it into the *maze*-
However this to be interpreted
Whether metaphor or symbolism
Hopefully the above comment makes some sense~
Powerful take on the prompt ~
Excellent images & message You have brought forth

Thank You for sharing Your Talent and Spirit!
Best wishes to You in the contest Sweet Soul
**Judging will be done shortly...
Many blessings too
and much love & light~ Desire~*~

Whew. Ten word restrictions really bring out the best in some poets, especially you! Awesome work with this one.
