Naked and vulnerable,
slithering tongue
slides across the heart's desires
until mind sees only
a single messianic apple
as key to life's tree.
Sermonized venom
infects with full moon compulsions,
fanaticism's addict
ever selling self for next paradisiacal fix.
Forbidden
is the fruit of true,
by those seeing every face
as Adam and Eve
to be kissed with clerical hiss.
