Rain washes the soul
to refreshing cleanse
of purity,
crisp pattering
on the roof top
trickle life's blossom,
green green
the earth becomes
over wilted valleys,
it tingles your inner being
to a sense of new life
passing is the hot day
to soothing chill,
drench me with your
wash in nature's plan
scrub the woes of life,
as I splash the puddles
excuse me! time to play

Beautiful sentiment as I am always loving the rain and take time to play in it as well. Just like the rain has many styles, it gives me many moods when it comes down. Thank you for taking the time to enter "Do You Truly Love The Rain?" contest.
