Would You Forgive Me?
For driving mad,
For dicing with death,
For taking your daughters
very last breath.
It happened quick,
She didn't suffer,
She'll never grow old
to look like her mother.
She was my friend,
It wasn't planned,
Things just sort of
got out of hand.
I'm not a boy racer,
It was just a mistake,
As I took the corner
I hit the brake.
The car skidded and
hit a tree,
I ended up dead and so
did the other three.

Wow!!
An all-original take on the prompt, this is more what I was after... I think, however, you could use more artful words. Try synonyms, perhaps.
In all, I liked this short and effective read ^.^
Well done and best of luck!!
