candy-coated misconceptions.

I hate everything about you.
The way you talk.
The way you sound.
That fake smile on your face
to match your disposition.
You never fooled anyone,
not even yourself.
If I weren't so two-faced
I'd slap one of yours.
.i. .despise. .you.
Everytime I see you
I bite my tongue
until it bleeds
to hide the obvious.
But thats okay.
We both know the truth.
We both know the lies.
We both play the
.STANDARD. .LINES. .GAME.
until we're blue in the face.
Because we'd rather be miserable together
than alone on Saturday night.
But that's okay.
I'll just be honest
when you turn around
coz your face can't handle anything
but futile kisses
and candy-coated misconceptions
But if you makes you happy...
