I am blush
at birth of morning-
pink sunrise
sparkling in his eyes
feminine wiles that dance
in pastel shades
just beyond your reach
delicate rose petals floating
upon a river of reflection.
I am the bashful bliss
~in between~
a gentle flutter of lashes
and the fire ignited
by whispering winds of innuendo
wings whirling, tresses twirling
within feathered fingers
this Angel painting-
changing hues
from carnation to crimson
strumming the chords
of her lover's heart.
