in that space
of a moment
slipping by through
wet green leaves
you walked like
a queen
down my stairs
you never looked back
to see how it rained!
you never did feel
that memories
crash like rotten fuming waves
on my dark insane dreams
you turned away
in that day marked
a big red circle
on my calender
you slipped me
from your heart
like a bit of soap
you let me go....
you couldnt call me back?
you had to make that move to ?
did you not?
(place your eyes on mine
to melt our wall of stone)
I turned to stone forever
now need no more pretence
I feel you walking on my dreams
and hope never to sleep again

Wow
That's very heart felt, interesting I can feel the emotion pouring out of it.

Wow, quite the vivid write here. excellently described broken heart, the sadest things indeed... to not want to shut your eyes in fear of the happieness that used to be there... its like another part of your mind can't understand that persons gone. it keeps hurting. especially if you remember these dreams. thank you for entering.
