He gazes upon her flawless skin
And her perfect figure
Like any other of the male species
What was once a mere thought
Becomes an infatuation
He thinks of her by day
And dreams of her by night
But in what manner does he desire her?
Does he think of her in admiration?
Or is there a perverse side to his dreams.
His heart floats to the heavens
Yet sinks to the ground as well
For though he has sweet serene dreams of her
In the back of his mind he knows
She is the intangible to him
He longs to hold her just once
And aches for her gentle touch
If even for just a moment
He wishes to be by her side
For she is always on his mind
