I hide In Fear
So I do not have to listen to you're screams
My ears are young
Don't break me
I'll never do it again, I swear
Just Don't Yell
I Always looked up to you
And now All I want to do is look down
So I don't have to look at your face
It breaks me to see you angry
Because I know you can control it all
Just Don't Scream At Me.

Thank You!!
Thank You for Your entry: Stop Yelling
This piece tugged hard at Spirit and while I was reading which I do several times~ Images come to me in many forms~ while taking in Your words: My ears are young- I am reminded of how delicate a child is- like petals of a flower- how easily the petals can wilt from lack of nutrients- when the child is exposed to harsh elements- the child will not thrive as well as he or she could
Yelling does not help but hurt and a message can be expressed without having to raise voice- Sad to inhale images of verbal abuse- really hard to see a child's head hung low with feelings of worthlessness
Hopefully the above comment makes some sense~
Excellent take on the prompt ~
Powerful images & message You have brought forth

Thank You for sharing Your Voice and Spirit!
Best wishes to You in the contest Sweet Soul
**Judging will be done shortly...
Many blessings too
and much love & light~ Desire~*~
