The One Sacrifice
Please do not protest
Because it will not suffice
To deter from my wish
In the one sacrifice
I love you - are words
And are openly perceived
Whether whole heartedly true
Or meant to deceive
But this is more than love
For I am half, but I'd give whole
To give my flesh and blood
And even my eternal soul
This is not a means to an end
Or a ploy to achieve my wish
Its an oath I soley take
That shall not sway or swish
If its not clear, let me say it straight
For this I owe to my other
I'd lay down my life, here and now
Forever, so you'd have your mother
Let me take her place, I beg of you
I place this upon my trust
This is the truth, I will not repeat
Believe my words you must
So here is the end, I've given my peace
Innocently never to entice
So heed my vow, for this is how
I offer the one sacrifice

Awh'! You used the word "swish"! You should get, like, fifty-billion-ty points for that!
And, like, I got a little confused with the whole... "For I am half, but I'd give whole" thing.
I guess I just can't see into your genious, hon'.
Another beautiful write in her dedication, hon'. ^_^ She's lucky to have a guy like you around.

Yeah, I kinda felt like I was pushing it witht the word 'swish'.
'For I am half' alludes to the fact that I'm not complete without her, and 'I'd give whole' alludes to the fact that I'd give everything I could for her.
