You live a life that is comfortable
Hiding behind your big white smile
You know what this world is like
But you fake it.
You live a life that is disgusting
Pretending to be naive,
You can see what's happening
How can you not care?
I'm tired of dealing with you every single day
Fighting so hard to get you to see the world as it is
You're selfish, annoying, immature, and fake.
Open your eyes, because this world is not going away.

i can sense anger in this
i love your opening stanza
"You live a life that is comfortable
Hiding behind your big white smile
You know what this world is like
But you fake it."
it really sets the mood for the poem
