As we embark on this new day
United as God would decree
We'll honor each vow that we say
Tie the knot of matrimony
And make plans for our life ahead
by walking in the path God sets
Commitment is our daily bread
Sung not in solo but duets
By encouraging each other
Out of reverence to our Lord
In spirit, sister and brother
Stand together in one accord
Then, treat each other with respect
With wisdom will our home be built
We will not practice in neglect
Nor will we harbor weight of guilt
For Love is never self-contained
Nor does it entertain deceit
And from all others we've abstained
Within the Laws of God, complete
This sacred union will uphold
We dedicate our lives as One
Under The Word we're in His fold
With Father, Holy Ghost, and Son
So, on this, our day to be wed
We ask your blessings, one and All
With Holy charge in vows we've said
As We heed to God's selfless call
