I don't believe there are diamond rubies.
There are diamnonds and there are rubies but they cannot be as one, can they?

Have you ever seen diamond ruby jewelery.
Please look at the lips don't they look like jewelery studded in diamond shine blood red spots like ruby.
Try to kiss someone having these sparkles they will draw back and when you trip she will definitely wink.
See the lower four teeth like they bind her not to speak.
