Then expect it to heal
But it just doesn't happen like that
Another came along
And took your place
Now how do you feel about that
You made my life a living hell
Tormented my every thought
But now you've fallen again
No longer do i love you
For i love someone much more
And so i give him all of myself
That leaves me nothing
To give to you
Except my offer of friendship
You waited to long
And now i'm gone
To be with the one that i love

This should have been written a long time ago... i just didn't have it in me to find the inspiration needed to write this poem. My ex tore my heart to pieces and my current pasted it back together with his unfaultering love and adoration. Now i find myself wanting to express the way my ex made me feel.... so.... here's the poem. enjoy

Some wounds are cast deep, but with the right medicine, and the love of others we can overcome the past to move forward into the future.
I'm just glad that I was able to be there to help, It is sometimes hard to believe that I really am with that same girl that i knew in Middle School...
Love you... always will.
