Possessed they are
crazy flies
move at speeds of purposeless haste
a waste of movement cannot mate
or eat or even make flydust at such a pace
oh Sith!
in a world of speeding bytes they exceed
sane existence, and in multitudes
spiked soled-feet have they, armies of
little nails that bite like tiny feet-teeth
and they walked on me once ...was enough
to terrorize, then threaten to do it again,
and again... threats,
devilish feints buzzless buzzings
buzzings of the mind
crazy flies...the fly-by
clouded becomes the future,
strong the fly side is
to a brink they drive everyone to drink, reach for
refreshment and there they float,
like castle moat a passive defense, is best
but then we parch ohhh...crazy flies,
mites of phantom menace, minions
of the dark side they are
the force is strong in them,
smashing them is not enough,
they must be smeared, obliterated
utterly... light sabres!
so why would nature such a creature select
I guess good they are tiny it is
if three feet tall they were ...
rule the earth they would
a Crazy world

Ever so often in the summer, i get these little tiny flies, near my desk light...i swear they have nearly caused war and loss of love!!!

Great job with this. I think this is pretty funny. And my fav line: "mites of phantom menace, mignions
of the dark side they are..." I used to draw a comic strip back in highschool ("Mishaps") dedicated entirely to the 'attack' and annoyances of flies on humans...lol. I spent entirely too much time on those pesky critters (even though I really thought the comic was funny). I always enjoy a good laugh and this brought back some hilarious memories (of flies? YUCK! I must be so weird...hahaha). Thanks a lot.

Yoda-rific this is. There is just nothing nastier than a buzzing fly, except a landed fly. Irratating, disgusting, and nearly inescabable. Your have portrayed the angst of us all!
