Kitty wave, kitty wave,
I got the mouse out of the house.
My owner says thanks a bunch,
They thought I ate him for my lunch.
They are so proud of me,
They praise me and pat my head.
But please don't tell a soul,
The little mouse, he is not dead.
Instead of eating him for dinner,
For him a paw I did lend.
He's living in the dog house,
Since they each are a good friend.

That's Funny
He's living in the dog house,
Since they each are a good friend.
This is cute the mouse and the dog are good friends this just cracked me up. What a wonderful story for little children to hear. The little girl in me just is smiling at this cute poem. Thank you for sharing with me and best wishes in the contest.
