Oft hidden neath the misty light of morn
when waking, fast in sweet tranquility,
I glimpse the Master's touch as He adorns
the sky with hues of true divinity.
When held in peace surpassing black of night,
as dew drops swell upon the tangled sod,
His serenade entices me to Light
at dawn within the Presence of my God.

I usually cringe when I see a religious poem entered in one of my contests because they are usually just so schmaltzy and fuzzy wuzzy (ick). I was happily surprised by yours however. It is very very nicely done and very nicely put.
It's beautiful and professional and you didn't take it to far and get all flowery.
Wonderfully said. Reminiscent of old poets.
Thanks for entering.
