Unfurled talons wait                                 
Death flies in golden spleandour             
Eyes searching for prey

Graceful soaring flight                             
King of birds that rules the sky             
Its world is shrinking

Fighting to survive                                   
Man unthinking will destroy                   
No more to be seen.
