Dancing moonlight give me strength
My wings are getting weak
Sparkling star dust fills the air
Your magical mystique
When darkness falls such beauty
Fills the evening shades of grey
Enchanted little fairies clad
In garment sweet array
My strength is in the moonbeams
Stars will come to light the way
All is calm, and now renewed
Long before the break of day
So rest now weary souls of men
The sun will rise but soon
And your new day, will be refreshed
Compliments of the Moon!

Sweet rhyme. I love the title. That and the first stanza hooked me. The first stanza has got to be my favorite. Even though I too have entered this contest, I hope you win a nice, shiny trophy.

Oh Wow! I loved each & every word you have penned here. The flow of this was right on it. I read it twice. I started to feel like I was aching for the beach to walk under the full moon & dance & just feel free to be me in my own enchanted fairytale. Thank you for entering the contest & good luck!
